Confidentiality of information
64No person shall disclose information relating to the health services provided to, or the medical condition of, an individual, without the consent of the individual, except
(a) for the purposes of the administration and enforcement of this Act and the regulations,
(b) as required by law, or
(c) as authorized by the regulations.
